Fashion is so exiting, it gives me so much creativity and I absolutely love how it can bring out peoples personalities! I have always been one to stick to what I know with fashion and much like my food choices I know what I like! I decided to challenge myself into trying something new and slightly out of my comfort zone with the help of Femme Luxe Finery! Keep reading to see how I got on!
Outfit 1: Camel One Shoulder Slinky Midi Dress
So there are a few reasons why this beautiful dress is out of my comfort zone. Firstly the colour is not one that I think I have ever worn before! I usually stick to one that is either brighter or bolder so I thought it would be a good idea to go for a new choice and I am actually so happy I chose it, Camel really suits my skin tone and actually makes me look tanned - perhaps the brighter colours make me look paler than I realised! Secondly the one-shoulder aspect of the dress is not usually my kind of dress. I tend to go for a symmetrical strap and have my hair in front so this is quite odd for me (I'm a little OCD over neck lines!) I do actually really like the look of it, and feel like it makes the dress more interesting. You can shop dresses here!
Outfit 2: Orange Collared Zip Up Long Sleeve Dress
Orange is a totally new colour to me! I love a bright colour but unsurprisingly it usually is pink that I opt for so orange I felt would be a really refreshing change! As soon as I saw the beautiful dress I knew I wanted to try it, especially with the folded over collar and I am so pleased as it looks amazing! The belt makes the outfit really pull in at the waist and finishes off the look so well! I'm also really impressed with the thickness of the fabric as I expected it to be a little thinner than it actually is! There are so many other day dresses similar that I really want to try!
Outfit 3: Black Mesh Panel Distressed Lace Bodysuit
This is such a lush bodysuit, honestly I am in love. I am always really nervous when I see these so never purchase them but I thought I would bite the bullet and give it ago! It is so gorgeous and makes me feel so sassy and confident! I think my issue with lace is the see-through aspect and I always feel like people will judge - but hell.. the minute I put it on I thought who cares if they judge I LOOK AWESOME! I'm all about self-love and self-confidence and this outfit totally brings that out! I'm so ready to go and purchase a whole load of bodysuits similar!
Outfit 4: Black Plunge Strappy Midi Dress
This is such a wow dress - I am so happy it turned out how it did on as I was really nervous about the boob situation! Dresses for me are a great way to show off my figure - I am naturally slim and with my breast enhancements I am now so happy with how I look. The only issue I have with now having larger breasts is when choosing a plunge style dress often the panels don't align well with my breasts or they just sit right within the dress. This has to be the best fitting dress for my boobs ever! I'm so impressed. The ribbed/stripped texture brings in the waist really well and also helps to cover and pant line, or nipple's showing (which I'm always worried about)! It is so flattering - make sure you check out the other midi dresses they sell - p.s. they have this exact one in white!!
So there we have it, my four outfits that took me out of my comfort zone and made me realise that I should explore fashion way more than I do already! Go try it!
